Wheel Removal

Front Wheel Removal

1. Unscrew two screws to remove brake pad from brake disc (Difficulty: 1, Time: 4 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)

2. Remove wheel from main scooter frame (Difficulty: 2, Time: 10 minutes, Tools: Wrench, Hands)

2.1. Unscrew two hex nuts (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Wrench)

2.2. Slide off two washers (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

2.3. Remove axle (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

3. Remove brake disc from wheel (Difficulty: 1, Time: 5 minutes, Tools: Allen Wrench, Hands)

3.1. Unscrew three hex screws from main axle (Difficulty: 2, Tools: Allen Wrench)

3.2. Pull off brake disc from wheel (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

1. Remove motor from main scooter frame (Difficulty: 1, Time: 5 minutes, Tools: Hands, for details see Handlebar Removal)

2. Disconnect chain from motor gear (Difficulty: 2, Time: 15 minutes, Tools: Hands)

3. Remove chain guard from main scooter frame (Difficulty: 1, Time: 7 minutes, Tools: Wrench, Hands)

3.1. Unscrew hex nut (Difficulty: 3, Tools: Wrench)

3.2. Pull off chain guard from frame (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

4. Remove wheel from main scooter frame (Difficulty: 2, Time: 10 minutes, Tools: Wrench, Hands)

4.1. Unscrew second hex nut from axle (Difficulty: 2, Tools: Wrench)

4.2. Pull out axle (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

4.3. Remove wheel from frame (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Hands)

5. Removed chain from the gear on the wheel (Difficulty: 1, Time: 5 minutes, Tools: Hands)

6. Unscrew three hex screws to remove gear from the back wheel (Difficulty: 2, Time: 3 minutes, Tools: Allen Wrench)
