Handlebar Removal
1. Remove controller from frame (Difficulty: 1, Time: 8 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
- 1.1. Remove plastic covering from frame (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Screwdriver)
- 1.2. Unscrew metal sheet enclosing controller (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Screwdriver)
2. Disconnect two wires attaching controller to handlebar (Difficulty: 1, Time: <1 minute, Tools: Hands)
3. Disconnect brake line from wheel (Difficulty: 2, Time: 10 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver, Allen Wrench)
- 3.1. Unscrew clamp attaching line to wheel (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Screwdriver)
- 3.2. Remove wire brake line from clamp (Difficulty: 2 Tools: Screwdriver, Allen Wrench)
4. Unscrew brake pad from front tire (Difficulty: 1, Time: 3 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
5. Pull off rubber handles from both sides of handlebar (Difficulty: 3, Time: 25 minutes, Tools: Hands, Pliers)
6. Unscrew reflector and remove from bar (Difficulty: 2, Time: 5 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
7. Unscrew brake and slide off handlebar (Difficulty: 1, Time: 3 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
8. Unscrew throttle slightly and slide off handlebar (Difficulty: 1, Time: 3 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
9. Disconnect vertical handlebar stand from horizontal handlebar (Difficulty: 1, Time: 3 minutes, Tools: Screwdriver)
- 9.1. Unscrew two screws from clamp (Difficulty: 1, Tools: Screwdriver)
- 9.2. Remove clamp and separate two components (Difficulty: 2, Tools: Screwdriver)
