Group 26 - Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker Gate 4 Critical Project Review
Purpose of Gate 4
The purpose of this gate is to reassemble the product to its original condition and document the steps. Each group is also to discuss four changes that they would make to the product. This will be done with taking the four factors, Global, Societal, Economic, and Environmental into account. The main goal of this gate is to gain a final understanding of the product and the design process that went into making the product. The modifications will take the group through this design process and help them to understand the ideas and factors that go into the process when making a product.
Cause For corrective action
For the most part, group 26 has resolved their problems either internally or by going to professor Phil for assistance. The work is continuously uneven and the quality of work from some of the group does not match the quality from the other group members, meaning it needs to be redone constantly. Group 26 is working better on their procrastinating however and as a result, there was less rushing on this gate then the previous.
