The primary function of the hand mixer is to mix food (eggs, cake, etc.) by using a small motor to rotate two beaters.


User requirements:

  • Mixes foods
  • Is handheld and ergonomic
  • Appearance is acceptable

Engineering specifications:

  • maximum weight
  • minimum mixer speed
  • variable speed
