Summary
This project analyzes a GM 4.3L Vortec V6 Engine through the process of reverse engineering. The report is made up of 4 gates:
Gate 1
This gate is the planning stage of our project. We propose how we are going to manage the work and how we are going to reverse engineer the engine.
Gate 2
This gate involves the actual dissection. We dissect the engine, following the process from gate 1, and document everything that we do.
Gate 3
This gate involves examining the pieces of the engine that we have taken off. We will analyze each part and do an AutoCAD drawing of a few.
