The product our group chose to analyze for this project was the Nerf-N-Strike Elite Hailfire. NERF is a toy brand created for young children that has been around since the 1970s. The Nerf-N-Strike Elite Hail-fire if from the family of NERF Blasters, NERF's most popular products. The Nerf-N-Strike Elite Hail Fire is a plastic toy gun whose function is to essentially shoot foam darts at an opposing target in a fun, safe environment.

The purpose of this group project strives to give students the opportunity to work together as a group to increase their knowledge and provide a broader perspective on engineering decisions, utilizing the skills taught in the class. This project exposes students to basic project and group skills and examines group members critical thinking, engineering analysis, technical communication, and related areas of engineering.
