#3 Carburetor take the bolts (Part #70) and the carburetor and simply attach the carburetor to the right hole coming from the right inlet valve. 2 Part 4067 group 10.png
#4 Carburetor Bolts Use a Philips head screwdriver to tighten the bolts (Part #70) from the carburetor (Part #69) by putting the screwdriver on the screws and turning it clockwise. These screws can be screwed in at an angle which is what makes this step difficult. 3 Part 4066 group 10.png
#5 Upper (Outside) Valves These valves (Part #57) which are located on the outside and inserted simply by applying force and pushing them into the slots they sit in on the top of the engine block (#49). 2 Part 4065 group 10.png
#6 Valve Springs The springs (Part #56) are connected to each by 2 caps. to attch these you must first compress the spring and then push the cap on which is connected to the spring. One method of doing this is using a flat head screwdriver to compress the springs. Once spring is attached the cap pieces can simply be slid into a knotch on the valve. 4 Part 4064 group 10.png
#7 Filter Box with Filter From Spring Chamber When the Spring Chamber Cover (Part #58) is attached the Filter box is covered and it should be attached by pushing it in. If this fails to work use a flat head screwdriver to force it into its slot. 3 Part 4063 group 10.png

#25 Oil Plug Nut Using a 7/16 wrench, remove the oil plug bolt (Part #44) by fitting on the wrench to the bolt and turning it counterclockwise. If oil was removed in the previous step, then the need of an oil pan is not needed. 2 Part 4045 group 10.png

#30 Key Stock- Main Pulley Once the Main Engine Pulley (Part #38) is off this piece simply comes off by pulling it out of the slot on the rod it sits in. 1 Part 4040a group 10.png
#31 Main Engine Pulley Using an Allen wrench loosen the grip on the 4 screws in the Main Engine Pulley (Part #38) by turning them counterclockwise, then use force to slide the main engine pulley off. 3 Part 4039a group 10.png

#33 Muffler Mounting Screws Using a Philips head screwdriver, remove the screws (Part #37) by putting in the head of the screwdriver in the screw and turning it counterclockwise. 2 Part 4037 group 10.png
#34 Head Gasket Once the header is off, this piece is found under it and you may simply just pick it up off the engine block. 1 Part 4036 group 10.png

#41 Pull Start Mounting Bolts Using a 12mm Socket wrench, remove the bolts (Part #29) by fitting the socket wrench onto the bolts and turning counterclockwise. 2 Part 4029 group 10.png
#42 Top Engine Heat Shield Plate Since the bolts were already removed in previous steps, simply pick the plate off of the header. 1 Part 4028 group 10.png
#43 Spark Plug Using a 21mm Socket Wrench, unscrew the Spark Plug (Part #22) by fitting in a long 21mm socket and turning the spark plug counterclockwise. 2 Part 4027 group 10.png
#44 Header Bolts Using a 12mm wrench, remove the Header bolts (Part #23) which connects the header to the engine block (Part #49) by fitting the wrench on the bolt and turning it counterclockwise. These bolts are also exposed to the surface and will form rust over time and may take additional force or tools to unscrew. 3 Part 4026 group 10.png
#45 Bottom Gas Tank Mounting Plate This piece should simply come apart or fall off once all the bolts are removed. 1 Part 4025 group 10.png
#46 Top Gas Tank Mounting Plate Turn the cap on the gas tank counterclockwise, and simply take the top mounting plate off of the gas tank then put the cap back on the gas tank by turning it clockwise. 1 Part 4024 group 10.png
#47 Engine Gas Tank Once the Mounting plate bolts (Parts #23, #21) are removed, simply detach the Engine Gas Tank with the Top and Bottom Mounting Plates (Parts #25, #26) around it. Then pull the fuel line off simply by using force to pull it off. 2 Part 4023 group 10.png
#48 Bottom Gas Tank Mounting Plate Bolt Using a 11mm wrench, remove this bolt located under the Engine Gas Tank (Part #24) by fitting the wrench on it and turning it counter clockwise. 2 Part 4022 group 10.png
#49 Gas Tank Mounting Bolts, Top and Bottom Gas Mounting Plates Using a 10mm wrench, remove the four bolts (Part #21) which connect both the Top and the Bottom Gas Tank Mountain Plates (Part #25 and #26) by fitting in a wrench and turning the wrench counterclockwise. Since these bolts are exposed to the surface, rust will form over time and may make them harder to unscrew. Additional force or tools may have to be used. 3 Part 4021 group 10.png

#51 Engine Mounting Bolts on Linear Drive Box, Engine Mounting Plate Using a 7/16 wrench, remove the bolts (Part #20) which connect the Engine Mountain Plate (Part#46) to the Linear Drive Box (Part #118). #54 Engine Electric Start Button Mounting Screws Using a Philips head screwdriver, remove the screws (Part #17) on the Engine Electric Start Button by placing the screwdriver on the screw and turning them clockwise. #59 Safety Stop Assembly Using a 7/16 wrench, fit the wrench on the nut and turn it counter clockwise to loosen and unscrew the nut . The simply remove the screw and the handle also freely comes off. 2 Part 4011 group 10.png

#61 Engine Throttle Control Assembly Just like the previous step, the Engine Throttle Control Assembly slides right off and simple remove it from under the assembly. 1 Part 4009 group 10.png
#62 Auger and Drive Control Assembly With the Control Panel Cover (Part #9) being off simple remove this assembly from under the Control Panel Cover 1 Part 4008 group 10.png
#63 Control Panel Cover Once all the leaver and rods and disconnected from the Control Panel Cover (Part #9) simply pick the Control Panel Cover off of the handles. 1 Part 9 group 10.png
#64 Shoot Turning Control. Leaver with pin washer. Control Panel Cover Again, using a needle nosed plyer, straighten the pin toward the top of the rod (Part #5) and pull the opposite side so that the pin slides out. Then slide the rod out, disconnecting the two pieces. Then slide the top of the rod with the rubber around it through the hole located on the Control Panel Cover (Part #9). 2 Part 4006 group 10.png
#65 Wheel Drive. Linkage Arm Pin. Auger and Drive Control Assembly Again, using a needle nosed plyer, straighten the pin (Part #6) which is bent on one side, and then pull the opposite side so that the pin slides out. First remove the two Control Nobs located on the Auger and Drive Assembly by rotating them counterclockwise. Using a 7/16 wrench, fit the wrench on the nut, located on the underside of the cover, and turn clockwise to loosen and unscrew the nut, and then remove the screw(Part #2) which was attached to it. Using a Philips-head screwdriver, attach the head to the screw and turn counterclockwise to unscrew the four screw’s (Part #1) located on the sides on the cover.
