Project Management: Preliminary Project Review

Provide an assessment of your work and management plans. If the plan has worked perfectly, then outline why it worked and identify potential problems for the following review. If the plan has not worked exactly as planned note when it did not work and describe why, it may be useful to provide quotations from the original plans to do this. For unresolved challenges propose how your group is going to address these problems. For challenges that have been addressed describe how your group dealt with the problems. Be very specific in all cases.

Product Archaeology: Product Dissection

Provide a step by step process describing how your product was dissected. Be extremely specific and include the tool used and how it was used. If you faced challenges during dissection outline those challenges and describe how they were overcome. Using your outline an individual not familiar with the product should be able to successfully disassemble the product; your dissection documentation should serve as a “how to” guide. Consider what information is required to achieve this, and how best to communicate this information. Be sure to note how difficult it was to dissect and provide pictures or videos where relevant. During the dissection, consider the questions in Table 1.
