William Regli is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering at Drexel University with joint appointments in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics and Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also Executive Director of The AJ Drexel Applied Communications and Information Networking (ACIN) Institute, a University-wide multi-disciplinary research initiatve of Drexel University. Regli received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park (1995) and B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University (1989). He has previously been a visiting researcher at Lockheed Martin's Advanced Technology Laboratories (2003-2005), Research Scientist at AT\&T Laboratories' Internet Platforms Technology Organization (1999), member of the Research Faculty at Carnegie Mellon University (1997) and a National Research Council (NRC) Post-Doctoral Research Associate (1996-1997) and Computer Scientist (1992-1996) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
