Project Management: Request for Proposal

For this project, our group plans to reverse engineer the Nerf N-Strike Elite Alpha Trooper CS-12. This reverse engineering process will give our design team an idea of the technical functionality of the product. This will involve disassembling the Elite Alpha Trooper and performing a detailed analysis of its components. Any project such as this requires forward thinking and careful planning to ensure that the project can be completed successfully. We have organized our technical plan in our Work Proposal, as shown.

As with many engineering projects, a technical management proposal will not be sufficient to ensure a successful project. A group must have well defined rolls and be structured in order to ensure uniformity and success. Group 16 has undergone a thorough project planning procedure, which includes how we intend to manage our time as well as definitions of our rolls within the group. We have recorded our management planning into a Management Proposal.

Product Archaeology: Preparation and Initial Assessment

The Nerf Alpha Trooper is a toy in a long line of Nerf products. While the gun is intended for children it can be enjoyed by those of all ages.

To gain a deeper understanding of the history and purpose of the Nerf gun, Group 16 has prepared the following document to Table 1.
