Only recently, technological advances
made it possible for teams of
people to interact without having
to be in physical proximity of each
other. In order to maximize
productivity, people must be able to
interact using more than one
medium where the mediums
compliment each other in
establishing a clearer picture of an idea that
is being put forth. WITS aims to
provide a suitable environment for people
to communicate mathematical
formulas and ideas. Specifically, WITS
successfully accommodates
two or more people in a tutoring
session.
